Good morning folks - Not much racing news to talk about but plenty of other stuff .Since the boss didn't make this trip my expense report will show a trip to Seabrooke , NH . Why there you ask ? Its about the 'lobsta" and the beautiful beach .Corporate will never even notice - they're all about advertising and hits and how many of you are reading what I'm writing here .Anyway you have to make this race a go-to next year just for the food and sights to see - bring the wife -bring the kids - bring the dog but be sure to make it here .We were done early yesterday to have extra hours having fun at something other than racing .The beach and other resort areas are only a few miles away .
Today - well let me tell you its another super day on tap - more sunshine and blue skies with temps of high seventies .We'll all get another shot at the track this morning and then move into round one of eliminations this afternoon .All that and we may have another first in Stock - would you believe a Jeep on the provisional pole ? Bob Salemi has his '92 Jeep R/SA just flying at this event....Nice job Bob ! ! Back in a bit ........ PS- Be warned - if you're looking for some racing pics here - not in this post - sorry !!! |
Re: Live from New England Dragway - NHRA Lucas Oil Series
Could someone snap a pic of Bob Vogel M/SA '88 Mustang? Also, can someone have Dean Cook email me bobby.fazio@gmail.com? Thanks, good luck to all.

Am I wrong... or is the Labelle and Stickles camaro the long lost SS/GA camaro that Tom Demarco used to campaign. That paint scheme looks very similar! |

Second round of Comp ended Scotty Richardson's day. Hate to see stuff like this, word is he is okay. Scotty crossed the finish line, his car went to left and hit the wall and then rolled over.

Hate to see that. Fortunately, Vinny fields a safe race car and it looks like the cage held up very well. I cannot remember Scotty ever being involved in a major crash before today, glad to read that he is okay.

Good morning - Today here at NED we are being greeted by overcast skies and chilly temps with the high this afternoon to only reach the low seventies .Didn't anyone tell these folks its mid-July ?
Last evening was great for both racers and spectators with the latter getting to see the best Division One has to offer under the lights and the racers got to show their stuff to packed grandstands - a win-win situation for sure . This morning we're to get started by 9:30 and continue to completion .........................its been fun and like that famous guy from California says -- " I'll be back"................. PS- there are bargains everywhere if you look - check out the advertisement below . |

Jack Matyas, You mite tell Ray Knight he`s in the wrong class, 1966 Chevy Nova 283 auto. 2 door sedan 11.76 fits in SS/I, SS/J, SS/K, must be a Super sport to run in SS/LA. Tom
