Very sorry to hear this. Also did a lot of testing at MIR with Jim back in the 70's . All of my customers used ATI stuff and I sold a lot of it. Funny thing was I always ran a 4 speed and he picked on me constantly about it but always invited me to test day anyway. Extremely smart man and always fun to talk to . I know this has left a big hole in the lives of his family and will be sorely missed. God Speed Jim

Super Stock & Drag Illustrated April 1980, p. 57 had an article on Jim and his 1975 dually pickup tow vehicle, discussing his torque converter etc. and maintenance schedule for reliability.
