I thought the same, but the way it is worded the runs only don't count toward the average. I'm assuming there will be clarification on this coming soon.

So you're saying even though the runs don't count you can still trigger a review?

Don't worry Larry... looks like no reductions
till next time. So get your letters in by fall for your
combo/combo's request. ;)

I thought more combo's could have been hit as we have had several races where the DA was close to sea level. Virginia, Maple Grove, Etown and Epping were all mighty fast places. There were a lot of 1000' runs at these races trying to stay under the trigger.

Letters don't seem to bring reductions, it must be political.

The letters bring reduction when paired with the appropriate numbers.

HP increase's are twice a year like they have been doing for 40 plus years. Reductions are only once a year because it was to much for Pat Cvengros to handle. Funny They have no problem doing increase's twice a year but no time for two reductions a year.

That's because no one requests an increase in Hp but lots of us request reductions.

Reductions are once a year cause Larry only needs once a year. He has the formula: (X-Y+Z) .365 >23/6

Jeff why did you chance the number to a fraction?
