Certainly a sad day for Div. 4 racers. Big Joe was a Icon for drag racing and the Chrysler brand. Prayers for the Teuton family. RIP Big Joe!

What a great guy, met him at Green Valley Texas about 1980. He always had a smile, and nothing but good things to say.

Adding in my condolences. Joe was such an icon - a big man in all ways. The MoPar legacy is now missing such a vital player. He was such a force and a legend we almost thought he was immortal. My prayers for the family; a sad, sad day.

Sad day indeed and the racing world will miss Big Joe for sure. Merc and I always enjoyed visiting with him when ever we had the chance.
