A video surfaced showing Thomas Matthew Crooks, the 20-year-old accused of attempting to assassinate former US President Donald Trump, declaring his hatred for Republicans and Trump before the attack. In the video, Crooks stated, "My name is Thomas Matthew Crooks. I hate Republicans and I hate Trump."

Well he obviously, as a registered Republican, was very disturbed individual.

Probably registered as a R so he could live in dad's basement.
No history of him voting ,so far.

Mark, no deflection here, he was a registered Republican, that had issue with Trump. But yet you will spew hate and think nothing of it. Just think if PA had observed Federal Gun Laws this might of not happened.

Correction:


Crooks was a registered Republican, according to voting records, but he only participated in the Nov. 8, 2022, state election, due to his age. Records show that he made a $15 donation to Progressive Turnout Project, a Chicago-based political action committee that supports Democrat candidates for public office and claims to advocate for "key Democratic constituencies: young people, minorities and low-income people."
