Food for thought, the first six cars this year in stock would have recieved a 3.25% adjustment in Hp if the indexes would have been left alone.

Charles had a PT Cruiser in CF/S at Cordova a few weeks ago, qualified #1. Ran 14.0's. Could be that car with weight in for DF/S.

The ZL-1 was legal for A/SA before AA/SA was created. It is at 7.15, so it's a natural AA car, being between 7.0 and 7.5. If it were 6.99 or lower, it'd be a AA only car. It's a tank in A though, 3560 + 170 for the driver, is 3730.

10.3's in E/SA for the DP cars. That's a great pass for B/SA. Only 4 classes from where they probably ought to be. How much HP is that going to require?

They certainly shouldn't give the automatic first round of class bye to the fastest car.

Maybe some of these bogus cars will race each other and see what type of numbers they put up because the first round of class is the final qualifying run.

Terry, anyone with half a brain knew what these new cars were capable of. It would be like letting me bump the compression up on my motor to 11.5 to 1, put on a set of Dart heads, add a solid roller camshaft, a victor intake, and a dominator carb and rating my motor at 285. You are right. What a joke.
