Alex, I just saw the Fabian Mustang pull in!

You know what is really cool?? You go up and down all the lanes and all you see are stock and super stockers!!

There has been a continuous line of motorhomes with stackers, pick-up trucks with open trailers and various other combinations of tow vehicles and trailers pulling in all day! Looks like things are going to be exciting all weekend! Test and tune has been going well all afternoon. It is chilly with the wind blowing, but only a few sprinkles all day!

Lots more pics on www.facrbook.com/looserocker. Keeping busy, don't have much time to repost everything. Trailers been coming all day, parking in the "V" now, and up along the fence where Sheehan normally parks.

Mark Yacavone, Charles Blossom, and Mark Poole were casualties today. Otherwise a good test session, with a boatload of stick cars. Redman said the track came around. Set up for a good weekend.

OK,we just finished driving through Indiana and are crossing the ohio border, can someone ask beard or nitro where they want us to park? motor home with small encxlosed trailer we need power though. and where do we come in at I haven't been here in almost 20
years

Well the time has come! Racing begins in about an hour for hopefully the best race in 13 years! (except of course, when we won Norwalk in 2012)! But winning this could even beat that!

It is another gray, cool day, going up to 59 by this afternoon. It is 47 right now. We have a qualifying run, then start Class with our 2nd run. Then the Quick 32 after Class is over.

Motormaniatv fried a production board yesterday. They have one coming and should be running later today.

We started right at 9am, and we're rolling. The last of Stock Q1 is in the water now. Lucas Oil Class Eliminations winner's circle is all set up!

Qualifying #1 for Stock is in the books! A little disappointing that there were only 105 cars that ran the 1st run. There has been a little carnage since yesterday with Mike Welfel, the Blossoms, and Mark Yacavone that I know about. There were lots of incorrect indexes up for the first round so it may take a while to sort everything out for class. A few surprises here being Bob Shaw is back and Paul Wong is here in the truck from Las Vegas!

First stock pass Marty Booth throws down the gauntlet with 12.04 off 14.10.

Other heavy hitters for quick 32 are Bob Shaw, Paul Wong (truck), Gary Summers (U/SA) and various drag packs, COPOs, and Cobra Jets.

Marty Booth collected the first Lucas Oil Class Eliminations trophy, and has the provisional #1 qualifier position at more than -2.00 under. No 1000' racing here!

Well, we won A/SA!!! It was so nice having all the new cars in FX, so that all the old cars like us have a chance. I just wish NHRA would do the same, but I guess the manufactures like for the new cars to beat up on us all! It was fun seeing the new cars just run amongst themselves.

Things are going well today. Just a few sprinkles, not enough to stop things.

What a weekend. Broke my clutchless trans. Borrowed a trans from Wayne Denklau. First rd of the K Shootout the driveshaft came apart in the water and a few pieces got into the car. That sent me to the ER. Plus it busted the ears off of Wayne's transmission.

Thanks to all that were involved with the live coverage. Made it kinda hard to be very productive in the office today:-)

ESPN should take a few lessons from this.... Very impressive camera angles and sound. I enjoyed it very much. I was glued to the computer all day.

This is the way S/SS racing should be ran. I was impressed with the pace of sending cars down the track. As soon as cars cleared the traps another pair was on the line. A few tracks could learn from this...
