I will concede that you have been waiting, up until this thread appeared and since I am sure they all want to know? why don't you link the facebook cylinder head thread to this one and let the court of public opinion discuss

Can you actually have a civil conversation without threats and name calling

then continue to do so. If you want to prove that you still have the parts please take a photo of them, or if you are going to return the money please show us how you plan to pay for it. Then this thread can be put away.

You created this problem, not the other people. So you now bear all the burden to make this right.

Your a bullsht artist. It starts with you claiming to have the best Cleveland heads on the planet. You think you can get away with that **** on this website? You think people dont know better?

Post up your dyno sheets and a video of your car going 9.60 You cant because you didnt even build the motor and didnt have a car to run it in. Your a bullshtter plain and simple. Now either pay the people back that you owe parts to or send them the parts.

This one lowly man doesn't have enough pull/clout/whatever to give the ENTIRE SPORT of drag racing a black eye. On the contrary, it has no affect on the sport as a whole. It only serves to give himself a black eye, IMHO. His actions don't have any actual connection to drag racing. Especially the concrete part. He had issues with people's parts, right? Parts could be for anything. A racecar. A daily driver. I get that they were purchased with the intent to use on a racecar. That's not my point. At any rate, he doesn't have enough popularity to affect the entire sport with his actions, no matter what they might be.

Dealing with the public in business can be difficult, normally when a business has a few bad reviews I'm not that alarmed it is almost impossible to please everyone. When all of the complaints are due to taking money and not doing the work or delivering the goods, that makes you a thief.

Re: racers beware

Since you claim 43 others were thrilled with their parts transactions with you what happened to this guy then? Seems this is closer to how you handle things than not both in your business and parts deals.

This statement by BD is clearly untrue "43 people got there parts the only one that did not was Dave" Just ask this guy

Ater reaching out to him, on Tuesday 7/11, Bill states he is having trouble with his truck-- later that day he texted he will try to come Wednesday 7/12. Wednesday Bill Diehl is a no show. My husband has called or texted him every day since Tuesday 7/11/17-- he has not responded. (Show Less of Complaint)

I wonder if this is how bil was paying for the parts for the mustang. And according the the state of Georgia he does not have a contractor's license.

I wonder if this was the cause of his recent arrest.

Unfortunately, I am in the process of a similar situation with a company in Indiana.
RV Parts Nation, in Elkhart, IN
Ordered (2) RV Access doors for my trailer Dec, 12, 2017. 6-Weeeks lead time (no problem). Had to prepay. I used a credit card, which I have since disputed the charge.

I wonder if this is him also????????????????

He told the boys at yellowbullet, that he has/is making or made everything alright, has given the OP, on this site, $4725 worth of parts as of yesterday, and, still owes a machined block and lifters, which will be on the way shortly. and it is all a misunderstanding. While at the same time, his "team of lawyers" will be contacting them for a lawsuit. looks to me like it might have to be a Class Action lawsuit, there are so many that he has threatened to sue.....LOL.... by the way, they have his home address, current phone numbers, Pictures of him, and other info over on yellow bullet. Where did I ever type misunderstanding? or the other bold part..lets keep the fact the facts, yes, I was wrong here and yes I have a team and yes I will be attempting to delete that entire thread....that is what I said. you can continue to pile on and skew the facts if it makes you feel better, does it? or you can let it go, I am making things right and moving on

we are not skewing the facts. You made this mess now accept it and be uiet about it. And trying to eliminate the evidence what you did to yourself is dishonest

Re: racers beware

We can all bitch and scream and holler all we want at this guy, but we're wasting our breath. If he understood what we're saying, and what he's doing, he wouldn't do this stuff in the first place.

My brother-in-law has spent most of his adult life in jail. He's about 56.
He cheats, deceives and "cons". Goes to jail, gets out, repeat.
Example of his idiocy: His mother had a rental property that was empty. She went away for a couple months. He rented out the house, telling the couple that he was the owner. They never signed a lease, their fault. He just gets people to trust him. Doesn't think about long term, like, "what do I tell Mom when she comes back?"

He's in now because he stole a woman's car while they were on a date. He met her on line, they met at a restaurant, got her keys to get something for her, and whoosh, gone like the wind.

I'm sure he's had his *** kicked a few times. A few of the mugshots we've seen show him beat up looking.

The stories are endless and unbelievable with him. My point is, it's a mental problem. He's still responsible, because he know's it's wrong. The system keeps putting him away, where he learns more "tricks". He needs mental help.

Hello everyone. It's been a week and a half since my last post. On valentines day, Bill did deliver to Jim the crank and pistons. I am still waiting for the block and lifters, head and main studs. Last Friday he said I will get them on Tuesday, again I am in wait mode. Bill make this happen. Maybe Wednesday morning I can post some good news. Thanks everyone.

Hello everyone. Again no parts. Shop was closed. He knew last week it was closed on Mondays, but said he would still get them. Now he says today. I've been talking to a detective down there and Bill lies to him as well. Now the detective told Bill parts by Friday or a warrant will be issued. Have to wait and see what happens next.

I had a similar situation, some years ago, involving a deposit made on a car that didn't exist. After a few months of foolishness, the involvement of a police officer who wasn't amused helped grease the skids and get it resolved. Documentation, including names, dates, figures and facts, is your friend.
