Herb wore glasses and so did Carlton but I can't see any on the driver. Can you?

The other pic is blurry but has 3853 as it's driver number.
No name on it that I could see.

Randy Morgan out of WV owned it at one time.

Great Photo's M-68,

I'm pretty sure that Sox & Martin wanted to run this Barracuda in A/MP, but it weighed in 'too' light.

So, they swapped on a Hilborn Injector System {short tube} and ran it in B/G.

The photo is too grainy to be certain, but I can see glasses on the driver and the facial features do look similar to Herb's. The world may never know for sure.

Why doesn't somebody just ask Herb or maybe Buddy?

Thanks. What year did you purchase it? Was it more or less in the condition as seen in the picture?

When I bought the car it was in his garage with 4 flats no intake manifold and had not been run since the partnership broke up (couple of years). I always loved the car. When I called Alan I got lucky he still had it. I paid $10,000.00 in 1980 I think it was 80 not sure, but believe me that was a lot of money. I had to borrow the money from my in-laws. I wish I had taken a picture it was a true barn find. I had some of the best times with that car and should have never sold it.
