I don't believe this was an LO23 with those wheel wells, but a neat looking Dart.

Jim Keyes and Reg Lewis were at the 2015 US Nationals with this "BO29 code" Barracuda. Although I have not seen the "LO23 code" Dart I would have no reason to doubt that it is a real Hemi Dart.
