I happened to check this afternoon when I was inbetween projects this afternoon. The information was there, so I posted it. I wasn't sitting on the page hitting refresh/reload constantly, and I'm going to be rational and civil enough to NOT assume that you were doing so this morning, either. Had it been there this morning and you had posted the information, for good or bad, I wouldn't have accused you of "shooting off your mouth."

It wasn't about right or wrong to me. I thought your tone wasn't very civil, and I chose to give Blackmon a little due. Text doesn't carry emotion well, so if I misconstrued the feeling behind your posts, I apologize.

Where did that come from? The personal attacks are childish and unnecessary. I express opinions, like anybody else, and support those opinions with information. We can have differing opinions and agree to disagree without getting vehement.

Correct, which was my point: It was a high return on investment precisely because of the low car count. Is this good for the sport in the long-term? No. But short-term, gentlemen like Blackmon and Latino have certainly cashed in. The people staying home aren't helping themselves or the sport. Just my opinion.

I guess I must have misinterpreted your tone.... right? Excuse me for saying so, but you have no business in the debate between Mr. Blackmon and me, but YOU chose to bring it back up to the top and "shoot off your mouth". I decided to challenge Mr. Blackmon on his 1 in 20 to win $6,000, and I proved half of it wrong. He came very close to getting to that $6,000 mark. I'll have to say, he was right on that, but from the info I was able to dig up, he wasn't getting there.... and he still might not. That’s between him and me. Not you, but you don't even give me one day to admit he was right. That’s where the "anxious to shoot your mouth off" comes in.

I guess his tone was the most civil thing you've read when he claimed that my post was the silliest thing he has ever heard. That’s the tone the debate was started in, so I continued it. Just like I'm continuing your tone here.

Me saying you believe you think you know everything just might be one of those side effects from you jumping in everyone's post and interjecting your "opinion". I apologize for that one, it was uncalled for.

On the IHRA thing. That’s in the works. I don't want some of the IHRA loyalist misreading my point and taking everything the wrong way like I believe you did on my last IHRA post. You interjected your opinion and took my thread in a totally different direction than I intended. I'm working on wording it so people don't get confused. Your gonna love this one. Don't believe you're going to get it, but you're going to love it.

I had $2400 in reasons I wish I would've been alongside David Latino in that Stock final, because that's what I had a chance to get? However, even if I'd have garnerd a r.u. there I would've been thrilled with the $400 in contingency money plus whatever the r.u. payed...the best part having color photos of my car in action in the DRM publication to show my boss and my companies marketing manager for possible sponsorship opportunities??? More motivation for Salt Lake City.... :)

I wish I would've known that Sat. morning before I added $40 to my debt for the picture that I'm uploading from the other photographers that were there...great photo and frame, but I don't know about it being worth $40 (it was better than nothing though, which is why I bought it). Thanks anyway though....:)
