Pictures of Tony's car have been posted here before. I don't have any.

I doubt we'll see the 67 L-88 back in the books. While the new rules technically allow it, since you don't have to actually build ANY cars, and they actually built at least 36 of them, I doubt they'll ever let the 67 L-88 back in..

The ADCO corvette is owned and run by Jimmy Bridges now. It is bad quick. I believe that he has run both B and C with it. I would like to see a in car video of that car..

Jimmy set the SS/C record last year at the Bowling Green points race. It was 95 degrees, with around 95-98% humidity, and the barometer was in the low 29" range at best.

Jimmy still has the Corvette. He's a regular at the Bowling Green combo races as well as some of the closer division races and national events. I talked to Jimmy a week or two ago, I don't think he has any plans to sell it or hang up his helmet and wrenches any time soon. He went 4-5 rounds in it at St. Louis last year, including a win over Dan Fletcher.


Tony Rhodes still has his black 67 Corvette. I doubt we'll see it at the track again, as Tony was pretty adamant about it being parked when the 67 L-88 was removed from the guide. That's a damned shame, it's a beautiful car and it was seriously fast.
