Now thats funny right there. The little boy has to bring his Dad into the conversation. Wonder how many times Daddy has been there to save his azz if he's using him again. Smells more like spoild little boy to me.

Ron , I agree with what you are saying . Yes I was referring to index style racing . If you think about it if the slow cars run 6.0's and the fast cars run 5.80's and you slow down the fast cars down with weight its really the samething .

Then on the other hand true heads up racing you have to work on your stuff all the time to stay ahead , then go to a race and win then get weight but on you ,thats not professional heads up racing and that sucks in my opinion.

I think what racers are looking for is a style of heads up racing were you race heads up and dont spend a fortune , so if you have a pretty fast car you can race and have fun without getting HP and a lot of tech or tear down and dont spend a ton of money doing it .

Thats why I think a 6.0 class would work . If you have a 69 camaro, 69 mach one , 68 firebird 400 , 2001 Firebird LS1 that will run 6.00 it is a true super car and they should them race and have fun . After all that what we all are looking for , some fun at the races.

Happy Easter to All

Well lets see, the only way to be "spoiled" is tone giving or get anything you want.
So me saying that my father taught me how to bust my azz is bringing him in this conversation? Not really. Trust me I can stand on my own, but you know as well as I that none of us would be anything without having someone to look up to! Sorry that I look up to my father!

Tough problems

I was thinking only adjust after the first couple of races and then it is "work on your stuff boys"

Either way - you and I both know it needs to include and be attractive for more cars

He is Risen - He is Risen Indeed
Hope everyone gets to spend some great reflective time with family
Happy Easter

Now back to the Masters - come on Phil

Joseph, Your Father has nothing to do with this. I have nothing but respect for him. You were called a spoild little boy because of this post. You couldn't respectfully ask people to but out. You threw a Temper Tantrum about Stock/Super Stock racers opinions that are put on the Stock/Super Stock Board. If anything, your ADRL crap shouldn't be in here.

First of all if you have nothing that will help the class shut the "f" up. Start your on post called "b'itching and complaining" and stay out of the way of people trying to do positive things. Trust me im sure there are plenty of people just waiting to chime in. If you dont have a car, will never have a car, never plain on racing in the class, or are just a sorry nogood worthless piece of poo shut up. We do not want to hear anything you have to say. You are wasting air that someone who cares can breath. Houston is the farthest race in the adrl program and it was suppost to rain. So having 5 cars show up was pretty good. And for you who said one was there just to test....damn he surly spent some money to test.....lets see paid the fuel, used his own motor home and trailer, flew a tuner in from dallas the day of the race, didnt stop working on his car till the race was over. I mean yeah that sounds like a reg. Test and tune for us. You werent there so shut up already!! Damn let us who want to race and who will race alone. So what if there is no purse to win...we knew that before we entered the field. Last time i checked bret is not trying to be the next wally parks. He is just like everyone else, he just wants to see heads up racing!! Get over it. You want to talk about a joke? Anyone who bashes something befor they try it is a joke!! Better yet anyone who doesnt even plane on trying it and still bashes it is a "f'in" joke!

Now to end on a happy note. Happy easter to all. I hope to see yall at a few races!!

Mr. Gary if you read the title to this thread then you will see that it has everything to do with ADRL. Second, yes my father is 2nd in getting this class started. Third he is also the man who has raised me to be the man I am today, so if you call me spoiled it has a lot to do with him. All im saying is that if u don't race the class don't talk about it.

Well in fairness Joe if you read the title of the form it says Stock/SuperStock. And everyone involved with this class keeps pointing out that this is not Stock or Superstock. Yet they keep posting about the races in this section of the forum.
