It is another pretty day here in Topeka. It is supposed to be 88 today with wind gusts up to 30 mph. Hopefully we won't see any crashes!

42 stockers went down the first pass this morning. I think Danny Byrd is # 1 at .92 or so under. There are 5 B/SA cars. We get another run, then class! DRC should have results soon.

46 stockers went down 2nd run. It looked like Knudsen blew something up. 1st run for super stock, Mike Cotten broke a rear end. I don't believe he is showing on the sheets for super stock. We only have 4 B/SA. Everybody pretty close in qualifying, from 10.51-10.57. Everyone slowed down that run. Really windy!!

Yea!! We won Class!! We had lots of help with Jerry Emmons red=lighting iin the first round, and Fred Suiter's car getting a little sqirrelly 2nd round and Fred having to get out of it a little.

This is our 1st class trophy since the new cars came out! Let's hear it for the old cars!! Also it just goes to show you that sometimes the slowest car can win!

Final qualifying and ladder is not up yet for stock because there are some in teardown. Danny Byrd is one. I am going down to the barn and see who the others are.
