Putting my race schedule in my phone, and found this race is the same weekend as our Ennis points race. :-(

That sounds way cool! I'm sure all the guys will want to get that picture.

Sounds great, Ed. Once again, thanks for your efforts for putting this shootout together. And also, thanks again to Michael for doing this for all of us.

Great idea. I'm sure it'll be an awesome photo op,, especially all those Chevy IIs lined up with each other. Thanks, Joe

Michael;

Lloyd Riley left a me a message and asked a good question.
He is Sponsoring the Quickest Pure Stock ET Contingency.

What is the best way to get these awards to the winning racers?

Thinking about bringing Cash and Award at the Picture Taking.

Please advise..

D

We're in the process of following up with sponsors now. Awards that are non-contingent can be mailed to Loose Rocker, LLC. For those like yourself that are going to physically be present at the event, you can pay awards directly to the racers. Contingency postings (ie., awards only paid based on certain qualifications, decal/product, etc.) will go through the standard NHRA/IHRA process of filling out a contingency sheet with decals & product verified by race officials, and then we will send a copy of those claims to the sponsors for fulfillment.

Sponsors can contact me at beard@looserocker.com and I can give you our main office address to mail a check to for non-contingent cash awards, or my address for gift certificates, product, etc.

Just noticed, May 2-4 is the same weekend as our Div 4 LODRS points race at Ennis?

That is correct. We settled on the May 2-4 date way back in December of 2012 (actually, I'd been looking at that date since September of 2010), as it had the least conflicts, best weather, etc. NHRA did a lot of jockeying with their schedule this year, so we did end up with Atlanta and Ennis on top of us. Any race is always going to have *some* conflict. We feel we're offering a tremendous value to our customers. We hope you can join us. If not, we completely understand, and wish all racers the best of luck wherever they choose to race.

Ed how many times do you get to go to "Woodstock"? This will be our second Class Nationals, like the first one it will be great.

Larry, I'm old and Ennis is a four hour drive.
