It turned out to be a very nice day but a bit windy with a cross/headwind that was up to 10 to 12 mph at times. Tomorrow looks to be more of the same and we start with Chapel service at 8:30 inside the trackside cafe.

Cooter - Thanks for the pics and reports. Great looking facility and looks like a pretty good turnout. It doesn't appear that eighth mile racing kept anyone away. (and don't sell that Mirada short!)

Hey guys just wanted to say I meant no disrespect to Mr Parker, I've been around seeing that car for many years so I know its a bad fast ride also.

Dave the numbers yesterday were pretty consistent. Starting with Q1 with a DA of 1788 it was up about 200' second run then 2190 on Q3. Barometer was 29.90 and air temp started 75 to a high of 80. My vapor pressure was .46 all day except first run .49.

I got past 1st round this morning but they don't have a sheet out for second round yet. SS just finished their 1st round and there has been some down time.
On another note I woke up sick this morning so my reporting may suffer a little today. I apologize in advance but I will do the best I can. As Ms Patsy would say, more later.....
