It’s a little cooler this morning! 78 with a head wind for our only qualifier for Race #2. 1 run this morning, then round 1 this afternoon ! It is suppose to be 93 again today!

With about 20 cars to go, Craig Maddox blew up his Drag Pak this morning! It looked and smelled fatal. Waiting now on the cleanup!

Also heard 396 cars were checked for lift? I am not there so not first hand.

Goheen’s fuel did not check after the round. They do’s him, then he took a sample from his jug to them and they looked at a more current chart and said that it is approved now. Old chart was from 2012. This is hearing from 3rd party. Also rumor last night was that NHRA asked Johnny Dikema to tear down and he refused. ???

After our first round loss, we are headed home to KY!!
