Academics are academics because they can't make it in the real world. They're all liberals mostly communists because they need someone else to pay their way.

They did get one thing right by saying the USMCA isn't going to generate $25 billion because it'll generate hundreds of billions if not trillions over the life of the agreement.

It pays for the wall and then some while helping labor here, Mexico and Canada.

You're missing it.

The Hill article is pointing out comments from special interest groups. Who do you think Toomey answers to? He's also a never Trump piece of garbage.

What you don't know or don't want to see is that Trump tried to make the agreement bipartisan. That means give and take. That's how negotiations are done.

The point you're entirely missing is that the agreement will generate hundreds of billions of dollars more than NAFTA over the long run. It pays for the wall and then some.

The intellectual property protection on its own is worth its weight in gold. Just ask China. They have no respect for intellectual property rights and make hundreds of billions probably trillions from it.

Take a look at the agreement and see how much it covers. It's a huge win for the US.

Stop going out of your way to find articles that say something else so you can continue hating a guy you know nothing about because it's easy to sit in front of a TV to get your "news" that's about as real as fools gold.

IMO, you are missing it. The debate is whether or not Mexico paid for Trump's border wall. The fact is the American taxpayers paid for ~450 miles of the border wall. Most of which was replacement of old wall. President Biden signed an executive order to stop construction. Hopefully, that will be the end of the great wall.

That's not what I read. The factcheck article said the USMCA is pretty much the same as the NAFTA agreement. The benefits are a wash. Even if the USMCA generates more money for the US that doesn't mean it came out of Mexico's pocket. It just means both sides benefited.

Perhaps you tell your spouse what to do. Perhaps you tell your children what to do. Maybe you tell your neighbors what to do. Don't tell me what to do.
