Dave This is exactly what Im trying to fiqure out.
You may have the correct plate there. For your car.
That extra hole could be correct to attach the black plastic plate with no peremiter chrome trim to it.
Need to see more cars
There may be different plates depending on production???????? Dont know right now

First batch was 56 I think and mine (#50 based on VIN) has a 67 steering wheel according to Comella. Just curious. Phish

Do you mean 297800's?
If so mine is a very early car. #7 @ this point or so.. It always had a 68 wheel

That makes sense, the last few seem to be the very low 900's VIN (900 to 908ish) the early cars probably had 68 steering wheels as the correct parts where there to get started with the build. Some 50 cars later I have a 67 wheel? Who knows if it came on the car or not. But, hey; it steers!! Phish

I was surprised to see a Mopar pentastar and part numbers on the back of it, but I suppose it still could be repo.

Anybody take a look at the repop delete plate by SS?AFX? Supposed to be an accurate reproduction. Not cheap....

Can you remove that radio plate so we can see behind it?

I didn't end up making the trip to visit my Dart this weekend, but next time I see it, I will do that.. They were just in the middle of installing my engine/headers/transmission and the main guy had to have foot surgery last week. At this rate, I will be lucky to hit the strip next May! To think my goal was last summer...

Ok, made it to see the Dart. Coming along. Unfortunately, my plate is drilled up for switches, but the numbers are undisturbed on the rear.

A few shots of my 604 Hemi in position. Trying to figure out why the mezier water pump has such an odd angle to the output, and what kind of hose to use to connect it.
