Re: DRC Commentary
I agree with Bobby .....drag racing needs any publicity it can get NASCAR kicked NHRA's teeth in when it came to sponsor dollars in the last 10+ years. If Kurt Bush shows up it can't hurt. Think of the big picture, what harm does it do letting Kurt in....I'd run him in a heartbeat.......Even Nascar is sucking up to anyone they can for publicity these days.....DANICA.......If she wants to run Stock let her in!!!!

Re: DRC Commentary
Gentlemen,
I think some of you are being short sighted because if Kurt Busch just gets his pit crew to watch he will literally double the amount of spectators for Super Gas. It could be a media bonanza!!! Relax Super Gas racers, just having a little fun. |
Re: DRC Commentary
Houston's race opened to grade one today and only 9 cars are entered. NHRA needs Jimmie Johnson !!

Re: DRC Commentary
Super Gas does not have a full field as of now at the Gators,
so who needs a grade point? and some lucky S/G racer will get to brag about wacking Kurt Busch. but, I would get pissed off if they don't park him in the back forty on the dusty dirt road with the rest of the s/g racers. heck, he might even bring in a supply of Miller Beer for his new s/g racing buddies! |
Re: DRC Commentary
"IF" Danica wants to race Stock .....I'll provide her with a car, a crew member, food, wine, and a Motorhome to stay in !!!...... JB. (ps: she can use me and all my grade points!)
