It's useless to racers for tuning or dialing but important to aircraft as this is how they determine where the ground is, corrected to sea level vs absolute

Yep, I was an aircraft mechanic before autos, but pilots I know don't check their TV for that number, to check their altimeters before take off.

Yes He did... in the dragpak stocker. ( i heard he was ok... not sure)
Car got up really high, came down and tagged wall twice and then spun around.
Car was towed back to the pits with passenger side slick wobbling bad, and two huge smashed panels on front and rear pass side.
