Ed,
GT/CA 1994 Cavalier aluminum headed LT. I ran it last year at US NATS, and the open in Louisville KY.

That's a stiff HP factor. Makes me glad GT & regular SS are different.

Looks as if I owe you an apology Mr. Tincher.I looked at the stat sheets for Indy last year and it listed your engine as a 327.Must have been a typo by nhra or someone of the like, but we all know those never happen;) Congrats for your efforts at Indy last year and best of luck to you in the future.

Heads Up builds a bad *** head. Gulius finishes a bad *** head. Just depends on your preference, who builds your motors and what combo you are building. Personally mine are Heads Up heads finished by Brian Tilburg.

Ed, I haven't run SS/JA just IA. Occasionally in IHRA I run GT.

Combo In The Hills would be a good place to have a LT1 shootout. Like Ang said run em all at SS/IA weight. Would love to do that with Ditocco, Dona, Emmons, Deforrest etc!

Sorry, I would have sworn it was you I saw listed in SS/JA with 10.05 or so in 2008. I'm old.

Cant remember the name of the guy in GA who did our first set of heads. He did good on them and they passed Stock, so they wouldnt have any propblem passing Super Stock. In gact most of the work he does is on big block Super Stock heads.

Also Dave Leyer at heads up did our second set, and they also passed tech.

Both sets of heads got us horsepower, and the price was fair on both.

Sorry I can't remember the name of the Georgia, nice guy, and he really met our short time frames. But old timers disease is setting in lately.
