It was brought to my attention that racers that were not at the Carolina Pro-Am can still use Monday at Darlington as an in-division claim even if they did not attend the original event. Seems to me that it would set precedent for the MIR points claims. All of the races involved encountered rain and were never run. What makes MIR any different?

Why don't you personally call Scooter Peco and discuss it with him rather than whining on every message board?

The gereral consensus when someone has an issue on a board is that they are a whiner. You don't have to agree with me on the topic, but I am entitled to my opinion. It was your choice to read all of this and respond.

I tried to call Scooter quite a few times this morning. Even left a message for him to please call me back. I very easily could have posted this last night, but I chose to wait until after I spoke with Scooter, but that doesn't look like it is going to happen.

Lee,
I see your point. I guess different divisions rule on situations differently. Same as NHRA.
If you could'nt reach Scooter why not try Mike Baker then either division 1 director Jon Oneil or div2 Director Satch Gragg. I'm sure between all 4 of those someone could give you a better answer than someone on a message board that don't work for IHRA.
