If any racer used the US Mail to send money to Mr. Diehl for any purchase and DID NOT receive their merchandise I believe you may be able to submit a complaint to them against Mr. Diehl. and start a Postal inspection. They do not take to kindly to people using the mail for fraudulent purposes.. Better check first but I'm reasonably sure you can file a claim--- FED 387

I did ship parts by USPS to his P.O. Box ... will contact the Post Office just for fun !!! great idea. I have the shipping receipt.

I am right here, what a bashing session you all have going on, everybody got there parts except Dave, and I did not pay Rich as both those transactions where delayed while I was sitting in the hospital, I was made aware of this thread by another racer during my 3rd stay in. Making this public and others jumping in running that mouth you know who you are is just making things worse.nobody is screwing anybody and I respect dave for not piling on recently, he will get his parts, all this bull**** is not helping when I get back in town I will make it right, and the other site? Are you kidding me? The mustang site? I bought new parts instead

Let make it clear everything was sold at a fraction of the value or what I paid, that's why everybody happy, it's to bad I didn't deliver for Dave, Keep that in mind bargains around here are rare

First I want to thank everyone for the posts and support. Now Bill, you haven't been in the hospital since the first part of January, you run your company and have made trips out of town, and you still wont send me my parts or have Jim pick them up. On Sunday morning you text me and said you would take care of this by Tuesday. Since then you have cut off all communications with me. If you have time to go on all your web site and make comments, why can't you get ahold of me or Jim. These parts may be at a bargain price, I paid you what you asked for them. The only phone number I have, you have blocked.
