I do this every time I have to leave the rig somewhere. Been doing it for years. Yellow paint mark on the correct relay so I don't have to waste any time finding the right one.
Back in the 90's growing up in NJ, I would take the wire from the ignition coil to the distributor with me. Saved my fancy blinged out 1985 CJ-7 from being stolen twice !!!

I don't think I would want to live down in Lake Placid Florida if I had to have all the stuff you mentioned to have a piece of mind. Kenney Kelley

I don't need it......Just want it in case. Just mostly old farts around here. I live out and away from anyone. Just how I like it.

Very sorry to hear that. I haven't heard a thing either. My offer still stands if he needs a ride for Pomona Finals.

Did Mr. Lindholm get his Firebird back? I see it is entered in Pomona in Super Stock. I certainly hope so.

You can have it send alerts if someone so much as wiggles that unit or put up a geofence to alert if it moves out if an area. Real time tracking works well on the free app.

It has a pretty strong magnet on the case and the battery lasts for over a month at a time. For about 100 bucks you can have some piece of mind.

You can move it anywhere at anytime. I stuck it on my golf cart at Indy just to find out where my buddies were when they borrowed my cart.

On top of that I recently signed up for Hagarty insurance through Superstocker Don Kennedy. If you get tired of worrying about some mal content stealing your car, that insurance is inexpensive piece of mind.

Jim, I had my car insured as well with Don Kennedy for a small fee. When you consider the total amount of money I have in my car, it was the way to go. I will do the same when I get my 1970 Camaro out soon. Think of it like working on your car without using Derby City fender covers. No one would do that right MJ?
