Re: racers beware
Bill, since you have not been returning my calls or texting. ( not that another lie about having parts will help). Can you tell me when you will finally go over to the machine shop and pay the bill so you can get the parts that Dave paid for up front and get them to me? You keep lying to everyone and somehow you think that is ok. Bottom line is that you took Dave’s money and stole it. Until you come through with the parts, that is where it stands. They have been more than patient with you. I have changed my schedule numerous times to meet your needs only to have you either come up with another excuse or stop communicating all together.
All I can assume is that the guy at the machine shop knows you are not trustworthy and that you lie to everyone that you have stolen money from to buy more time. I don’t know why you won’t just tell the truth and spell out the exact plan. I have a phone full of texts from you that say tomorrow you will have the parts, and yet tomorrow never seems to come. What is it going to be? Maybe you should just hand over the title to your Denali if you can’t scrape up the money for the parts you owe them. You sure had no problem taking their money. Quote:

Re: racers beware
Never had any response from Mr. Diehl...... my gut feel is that I will never get paid for the Boss head I sent him, or the part returned. Never thought fellow racers or car enthusiasts would pull this crap off ....

Re: racers beware
Time to inflict some pain on an obvious loser. I know a guy in New York.
Just sayin! |
Re: racers beware
I guess we better be careful or his lawyers and the proper authorities will come after us. They better take a look at him before they come looking for anyone else.

Re: racers beware
He obviously hasn't got 2 nickels to rub together and his credibility is shot. He can't even get a concrete job much less sell any auto parts.

Re: racers beware
Hey Bill, they are still tearing your butt up on Yellow Bullet.
If you're not going to give the man his parts that he paid for, at least be man enough to tell him you screwed him. Quoted from YB. |
Re: racers beware
Wow, some pretty spirited discussion over there.
Here's what I have gleaned from it so far: BILL DIEHL CONCRETE LLC 625 Gold Valley Pass Canton, GA 30114 678-735-2677 ...but he hasn't had a license to actually do any concrete work, for about three years. Here's a link to a pic of him standing in front of his house: http://www.yellowbullet.com/forum/sh...420578&page=10 A google earth street view search has reportedly confirmed that the pic was taken at the address listed above. Here's a record of his felony arrest: http://mugshots.com/US-Counties/Geor...161834113.html Here's a link to his mug shot: http://www.yellowbullet.com/forum/sh...420578&page=24 Date of birth: 07/31/59. Re: racers beware
I hope Mr Noll is joking. Mr Diehl has done nothing but be less than honest since his first reply. When pressed he finally admitted he failed. Don't you find it curious that he accepted this money shortly after he did 18 days in jail. For defrauding his clients of monies paid, sure sounds familiar don't it.
The OP came on here and posted after trying unsuccessfully for a couple months to obtain parts or a refund. The person here willing to help pick up the stuff from Diehl has come on here and stated he has been lied to repeatedly. He has told one fabrication after another. I cant believe ANYONE would take Diehls side. Those that do I have to question their ethics as well. All one has to do is read what's been put out there. This guy continues to lie and be deceitful in every post he makes. I guess the part of him saying it will he taken care of carries more weight with some than what the OP has been told and what his clients have had to say. Lets hope for the sake of the OP that Mr Diehl has some sort of epiphany or awakening and decides to make things right, but I would not be counting on that. But hopefully I'm wrong. |
Re: racers beware
Looks like Ole Bill is making threats over on Yellowbullet.

Bill Diehl said he would have the parts yesterday. He didn’t text so I reminded him. He said he would text me around 3 pm. Still nothing. I should count up the lies and broken promises that this guy made to me. I am just trying to facilitate the process and make it easier for this guy to make good on the deal he agreed to, and failed to follow through on. Every phone conversation and text every threat is to delay action against his illegal acts. Lots of people get sick and get in a bad spot. It doesn’t turn them all into criminals. Bill has been doing this to others for a long time. He just decided to do it to Racers now. Too bad that Bill has done this. It makes him unhappy to have people ride him on line, but until he actually tells the truth and does what he was supposed to do he has every bit of this coming and more real legal action in my opinion. I am not the court of public opinion, but a person dealing with him first hand. Dave Noll, I understand your general feelings here, but specifically, you couldn’t be more wrong about Bill Diehl. People need to know to stay away from any business deals with this guy. If you want to buy something or loan him money, go right ahead. |

Did that 18 day stint in the county jail, for "conversion of funds" have anything to do with your desire to "make things right" ??

Re: racers beware
Hello everyone. As Bill posted so quickly, I do have my parts. But I do want to make it clear I had to pay for them twice. The machine shop has been waiting 10 months for his money, so he was happy to see me show up and pay the bill. Now Bill, don't pat yourself on the back yet, your not the good guy here yet. I'm now out a lot more money, and you haven't done anything yet. On Wednesday, you said you would send me a check today, haven't heard a word from you. Guess you haven't changed your ways. Just more lies. Thanks everyone for all your posts, and maybe someday I'll be able to report I received my money.

Re: racers beware
Plus Dave literally drove from Minnesota to Georgia and back to get this done. That is a considerable amount of time, aggravation and gas money. Other than steal money and lie to people, Bill has yet to come through with his promises here. I agree, a post saying that Bill actually sent green money would be a welcome end, but so far, the guy just continues to lie and steal. I hope if Bill decides to make good on one promise, it is to send the money related to this transaction. He might think that people will forget, but I will personally make time to keep the awareness alive in an effort to protect others if he doesn’t.

I think you can kiss that money goodbye. Flakes and cheats don't change.

As for the parts...Dave did not pay for them twice..... he has 13,000 worth of parts that he paid 4600 for. and no mention of the extra items I thru in for FREE because of the hassle. While it is true he did pay the machine shop bill 2100, I will reimburse him that money. There is no doubt I did not handle this properly, but it is what it is, there is no need to keep piling on |
Re: racers beware
Sure there is a reason to keep piling on. This situation took forever to get to this point and the OP will probably be an old man, if even still alive, before you ever square this away. If ever.

Re: racers beware
So the guy paid $4600 for a block and some parts that were to be shipped to him. Has to drive from MN to GA and pay another $2100, to pay the bill just to be able to take his already purchased block home. Then ole Bill thinks he is the "good guy' offering to pay the guy back the $2100, even though he has not been able to come up with $2100 to pay that bill at the machine shop over the last few months in the first place. And ole Billy gets on CR and bitches at someone else about stuff he promised them for not returning a call. The same guy who he had been giving the run around to for many weeks who simply wanted to try and facilitate getting this deal done for the purchaser. All the while Billy was lying and deceiving about having the stuff, or getting it out of the shop he owed money to. And Bill wants people to qui piling on him. Dude is a classless individual for sure. He took money for parts that were not in his possession, that he knew he owed another $2100. Making promise after promise to deliver said parts knowing he could not because he was a broke dick mofo who could not afford to pay the bill to get the parts out of the machine shop. Seems pretty clear he needed the $4600 to pay off other obligations he had, maybe lawyers bills from all his other misdealing's with CONcrete clients
Here is some good reading for ya Bill. About sums it up. Per Yellowbullet. |
Re: racers beware
Just an update. Bill Diehl was arrested earlier this week. Don’t know all the details, but he still owes the money to Dave. I heard multiple warrants relating to this case and other fraud charges.. I hope the judge puts him on a path to restitution for the good people he messed with. Clearly, the court of public opinion was right here. At least when he is in jail, he can’t take advantage of more victims.

Re: racers beware
Finally the wheels of justice caught up with the POS.
