Makes me want too ditch my alignment machine for baking
and such. This shot must have been in earley pro stock days because still had lexan blockouts over the grills. (cool weather)

It's real, if it's the same vehicle I did suspension work on it in some were in the late 70's or earley 80's .
The owner was Claton Wright.

I never knew about the lexan over the grill for cool weather,was that to keep heat in the engine

In 1970,


For the 'new' Pro/Stock Class.


Many were trying the 'Lexan Covers' for the front-grille, and front
5" air-spoilers for the aero-dynamic effect to help keep the nose down
at Top-End.


Also, many of the BO29 cars were now brandishing small fin-tail foils
on the rear trunk-lid.
