I think you should leave the sticks and automatics apart because NHRA has the horsepower as much 20hp different in the same car same class. Go back to making you run your natural class only, no up or down a class.

i would be interested but i think modified cars should have the option of running modified off the index or ss and dial if that is how it is going to be set up. i am talking about super mod, econo mod, mod stock, or mod production. the only ones allowed in comp are super mod.

X-TECH MAN, and who ever else, I hope this happens, because you asked for older racers, and i'm thinking i'm about one of the older racers on this board! I was at the Class Nationals, where i cracked a block, and to stay somewhat cool we drank large amounts of Bud Light (Diet Beer). I am building a SuperStock chassis. My intention is to be able to run it as a SuperStocker, a GT car or as one of those horrid punds/cubic inch cars. That gives me maximum versatility with basically engine swaps.

I am waiting on engine selection until the car is finished so I can build it to be in a highly populated class.

Sounds good to me.One race on east coast close to Ky.would be even better! Would they consider tracks
like Mt Park (Clay City,Ky.)Kanawha Valley,WV. (Tri State,Hamilton,OH.)Edgewater Cincinati,OH are tracks I think of in my area that have parking are still good places to race and might be good bargains for the promoter.In my opinion stock, super stock and comp\mod classes would be plenty IF right date,place.
Track could maybe run regular program at same time like old IHRA WCS races Qualify-record runs Sat.
morning, maybe run class elim. or combo Sat.night. W/ eliminations Sunday.I know Mt. Park ran that way
back in IHRA WCS days up till a few years ago when they switched to double Pro Am,before double event They always had big car counts.
If includes IHRA pure stock I'm ready now! Hopefully quarter mile races

Hey Terry,
It sound great! Some new decals for the car- UCRA and CCRA. Thank you for your efforts to keep class racing going! I guess I'm a old, "experienced" class racer, looking for places to race.

Terry, My family alone almost has enough cars for a combo race. If the races are anywhere near us you will get our whole gang. There are about 6 Super Stockers and 6 stockers between the Morris and the Clarks.
