Re: Jim "The Shoe" Harrington
It's always sad hearing of the loss of a friend.I raced against Harry starting in the late
1970's He was good then and only got better and wasn't afraid to share his knowledge with others. He left us way too soon.God speed Jimmy. |

Re: Jim "The Shoe" Harrington
I feel so fortunate to have known Harry. He taught me so much besides all the racing stuff. He accepted the crazy world of today that was handed to him and never complained. He always found the good in a person or situation and used that to turn negative energy in to positive. Money meant nothing to Happy Harry. He didn't have a greedy bone in his body. Thanx Shoe! You not only taught me how to race, you taught me how to be...
Below is a link to a photo album I'm working on as a tribute to him. http://www.facebook.com/album.php?ai...6&l=6b65299136 |

Re: Jim "The Shoe" Harrington
Everyone that knew Jim is feeling sad today. I, along with many others am one of the fortunate people that knew Jim for many years. I feel sad for those that didn't know Jim, for they truly missed out on the enjoyment of a lifetime.
My best wishes to Tracey as she goes through this difficult time. |
