The current index may be soft, but many hemi participants have had to run off a hard index for many years. I am sure there might be a small index adjustment before Indy this year, but the current adjustment is very justified. If anyone thinks this is an easy car to run, please jump in and join the clan. At Indy we have had the largest amount of participants of any class and the smallest number (percentage wise) of cars to qualify in the top 128. No one makes us run this class and many do because of wanting to keep this group alive after 50 years, but for the pride of saying you did it. Fast or slow.

Frito got a phone call yesterday that lasted 45 mins about some people still trying to keep the Hemi Challenge going. There is $$ and interest Dyno but still a lot to do to make it happen.
