Be happy you have places to race. Who cares if it is 1/8th or 1/4 mile. Either way you have to have the reaction time and be able to run the number. I think the way the races are set up is great. This will allow me to run Hot Rod in Div 5 and Super Rod is Div 3. It sucks Milan is gone. Since it was only 90 minutes from the house. But, you just have to roll with whats given to you. Just be thankful.

The rumor is SA couldn't buy off the guy who owned the land at the end of the track. Were going to go test in December. Finally got the parts to go try it again. ED

Ed, I heard some strange stories about their neighbors at the end of the track. Had some down time at the div race, when somebody ran off the end. Don't remember what it was, Top Sportsman? Anyway, buy a home by a race track, expect to hear race cars, right? Some people are just retarded. They said at the Pinks deal he had flood lights on a front end loader, pointed up-track, shining them in the racers eyes.

I'm glad to hear you go your parts. Hope to see you and your son at some races next summer. Hope I can afford to go. Bizness has slowed down some here. Wanted to go ahead and bore it on out to .060" over and put some light pistons in it. Heck I may be lucky to have money to run it like it is. At least gas it cheaper right now. I topped off the motorhome for $1.52 a gallon. Hope I get t use it. <G>
