Also, something no one has mentioned, how about all the factory "ringer" cars that started appearing around what, '63? I'm sure Ma Mopar wasn't the only one building bogus cars to hit the records with.

As far as not being able to afford to build a new stocker, IF your ego can stand not being in a limelight class, you can still build a competitive stocker for not too much money.

My buddy Mike Jeffrey has the national record in V/SA with a car you could easily duplicate for less than $10K. He and the Bogner's travel around some and have a ball. That IS what racing is all about, right?

X a bunch more.

Without the WILL to do it, the money and whining shall not change your outcome.

I like this guy! I would say even though he probably did not build this car, He does put forth a commendable effort toward his entry! Thumbs up to you Sir!

Thanks Wade

Let me remove your doubt. I built MY car in my one car converted carport freezing through two winters!!!

Sorry, I thought it was a Drag-Pack Factory car. In that case....I must applaud the effort....and I am standing! Look for a Red and White 58 Corvette next year SS/LA with #1771 on it. Then come over and introduce your self...I wanna shake your hand!
