My silver/black top Z also had the white houndstooth interior. You don't see many of them. I always thought it showed an amazing amount of style and class for Chevy to use that interior even if most people bought vinyl.

Lucky ? Some days I'm not so sure .......what a friggen money pit - that said I wouldn't want it any other way .Too bad it needs so much work .Guess I'll just have to work a little harder and longer so I can finish it before I take Social Security ............

C'mon now Jack, compared to running a pair of fast stockers the Z can't be that bad lol. You are very lucky to have your original car back. Only two cars I wish I could have back have both long since gone to the muscle car graveyard.

Good for you Jack.....I just wish I had some of the old cars I used to own.....69 big block Camaro, 70 442, 72 442, 73 v-8 Omega, 74 v-8 Omega, just to name a few....I still own my 69 SS 396/375 2 door post car. Glad I kept it! Keep us posted as to the Camaro's future.

I understand about wishing for cars I've had - the one before this one was a '57 Bel Air F I hardtop in black that was stolen ......and I'm still lookin' for it if you know what I mean .
