So again, the truth and the facts are island is NOT under new management so for those racers that are going back, the only changes they'll see is no concession stand, no fuel sales, no bathrooms and no running water. This may not be an issue for the test/tune crowd but well see how long the weekly bracket racers are willing to stick it out because it's the closest track to them and I'm told duke ain't coming back unless they pay him what they owe him.
