These pics were taken at the 1966 Hot Rod Championships at Riverside and have never before been published. My late great friend Bob Felten took thses pics when he was a teenager and scanned the original glass slides over to pdf format for me.

Mr. Norm appeared to have the ex Roger Lindamood factory car and the '66 Charger flip top car at this event.

Bob also left me with photos of Chrisman's flip top Comet and Arnie Beswick's orange Tameless Tiger A/FX car from the '66 Hot Rod Championships but I have yet to find them. Imagine what the competition must of looked like with such a wild variety of cars and technologies coming together in one class!

This was an A990 car that Chrysler asked Koffel to put in a 273 with dual Quads and run in C/FX.

Is Dick Harrell's daughter still suing people who purchased his old cars and parts and anything else that had his name on it?

Just wondering because Victoria felt they should be paying royalties for using her dad's name on certain things.

I had also heard a one of the people who had one of his early cars received a letter from her.

I knew someone who had purchased one of her father's original tool boxes and used to display it at car shows.
