I reported this a few days ago and was sure I knew what it was - you could have got me to bet the ranch it was a 30 gallon beer keg . After all it did say Anheiser-Busch on it and looked very much like a keg -- wrong -- I'm almost embarrassed to tell you what it really was -- Jimmy Buffett would have known -- that's right it was a margrita maker for high rollers ............no kidding as I saw it in action . And talk about a pump -- that baby could move some fluid ............some teams got it all ! ! ! And no , I won't disclose who had it -- maybe the owner will come forward on his own as they will surely read this .

I agree with you completely Mark. One of the better races I have been to lately. Gary

I'd bet Ralph sure misses his old wheelie bars. He could have replaced the ones ruled illegal with regular wheelie bars like everyone else uses. They could have saved the expensive fix that's probably needed now.

See post 46. Ralph told Ken that the only problem was broken headlights.

When he checks close he will find more. When I went on the almost identical ride, cracked trans case, alt, rad support, motor mounts, etc. Racing these cars without wheelie bars is not a good idea!

I agree it was a great weekend of racing. There was no shortage of racers, in fact the place was packed. We had a lot of fun as usual and there were lot of old timers at the race checking things out. The D-1 crew was working hard and the track personel was welcoming. Diamond RV was a great sponsor and the luxury book was an oasas from the elements. I had a great 1st round race with Jim Boudreau and then was tatooed in the 3rd round by Jason Silver. I am looking forward to the next D-1 race.

That's a possibility. We got lucky, the orange car only bent the headers a little, killed an O2 sensor, dented the pan, and killed the shocks. Anthony wasn't as lucky at Memphis, I had to swap cases on his transmission, and Rod Nut swapped oil pans and oil pumps, he worked pretty hard to get Anthony to Milan the next weekend.
