Stock just finished their first qualifier-- the dirt is that David Barton just went 9.16 in FS trim - should put him in the #1 spot ...........And this reporter can tell you for sure it wasn't a perfect run and he's well on his way to retrieving his $2500.

Back in a bit with a bunch of photos ............

161 cars showed up for first run. 3 cars did not get times. Lots of cars in the wrong class 1st run. I think they were putting up whatever they pre=entered in, not what they teched in at. May take a while to get it sorted out and posted. Summers went 1.40 under. Wong 1.31 under. We went .89 under and I hope we will make the show! More later.

Stock is done, it was 3600 ft when we ran. I know Chris Holbrook went a 8.86 in FS trim. I can not really give you much more info, its been a very busy morning. I will have more info when things settle down.

The car haulers are for show.

Some really got hold of it - others like myself just so-so as my sixty was off by four and a half .

Barton did run 9.169 in FS/AC trim which is 1.331 under. I show him tied with Chris Holbrook who ran 8.869 in FS/DC trim (also 1.331 under).

Assuming the correct classes, 12 of the top 14 entries are in the Factory Showdown and I now count 27 FS entries.

-.607 (again, assuming everyone in the correct class. Also count nine DQ's at the bottom of the sheet, three for weight and six for fuel I'm told.
