Last I knew of the car Andy Allegri in Fairhope AL. had it.

Back in the day Harold Bentley had 2 Crunchy Chicken 69 Camaros, one was a hardtop and the other was a conv. In the late 70s Harold sold the conv. to Bill Mylin and in the early 80s Bill sold the conv. to me. I had the conv. for about 5 years and then I sold it to Mr.Wilks and his sons. I have always wondered where the conv. is now.

Tom - thanks for the info sir, but In talking with dad I think the car Wally mentions was a year later and had Gumout on the car maybe? Dad actually had the Krunchy Chicken repainted after he picked up in Bradenton from Harold and Bobby after he runner up in final. This is car Im interested in. Thanks for the help and keep the pictures coming!

redman in the house.tom you or bob rice can post some of my pics if you want.somebody asked about the dawn gone camaro.ihave a pic of that car in the indy bunch.also have pics of schindlers'cars at indy,blue grass,and edgewater.put them all on i don't mine.there's nothing better then sharing the history of the sport.see ya!

At the time Bill Mylin purchased the 69 Crunchy Chicken conv. from Harold Bentley it was at Bobby Warren's shop, so I would say that Bobby had raced it, Just how much I dont know.

Ronnie drove the Mighty Mouse Camaro for Dick Henry when it was a Super Modified car but I don't think he ever owned the car. Ronnie did own the Nobleman Camaro that Randy Mason ran B/SM and SS/I with. I don't have any pics of the Pickle man's Camaro. Also, if you meant David Surles, all I have is pics of his Corvette. Here's a pic of Ronnie driving the C/SM version of the Mighty Mouse.

Monte Howard sent me these two pics of camaros that he and his dad raced... Here is Monte's note he sent along with the pics....

The 69 Camaro was 1 of many my dad (Jake Howard) had, it was a B/MP
car. he bought it from a guy in Bowling Green KY. it had Scotty's
Speed Shop on it when he bought it.
The other is the 67 E/SA camaro I built with my father when I was 15,
Raced it from 1985 till 2008.I still have it.

Isn't the "Harvey's Toy" SS Camaro that the Emmons family owns the old Joe DeLorenzo-Bob Johnson Racing Camaro from Connecticut? I think It ended up with the Emmons's

Good evening everyone, since the Emmons ragtop came out of the Northeast, whatever happened to the 69 Ragtop Mark Osterbye drove in the 80`s? That was a nice ride, Charlie Graf owned it?

Ok.... you guys made me dig deep. I thought the Emmons ragtop was Jerry Chambrone's old ragtop (also from the northeast). It appears that we were both correct (delorenzo & chambrone). Here is a pic with Jerry Chambrone driving. (I could not tell you if chambrone owned it or not...)

If my memory is correct, Joe DeLorenzo owned the Camaro that Jerry Chambrone drove back in the early 80's. Geez, 30 years went by that fast!

Man so many cool cars . I wonder what happened to them just setting in garages some were ? I can't belive I don't have any pics of Bill Taylors clean 69 , or Franks 1986 stockers .
