Well it is still only 67 degrees here at Indy! It was really cold sitting in the stands early this morning and watching class with the cross head wind hitting you in the face!

Well my camera problem is solved. The Boss showed up early this morning with a camera just like the one I had! Thanks, Ken, and I don't have to learn something new! I really do appreciate it!!

I'm not a Supreme Court judge but I do have the magic button on my computer that will enlarge things (600% in this case) and the window is there and closed for sure.

Just make sure to return to 100% before getting to Brian's Comet or it looks a bit shabby!

I'd rather have Wendell as PM, no time like the present to start campaigning !

Nice job by Wayne driving Bick's 55 but they brought a knife to a gun fight with Jacobs car. I hear Jacobs can claim like 4 different years so he can hit a combo just move to another year hit that one move to another year bit that one you get the picture AHFS sure won't work with that.

Rumor around here is that the look of the Comet is by design. It's a dirt track claimer on the outside and a two barrel wolf on the inside. I believe it was painted in a driveway in 40 degree weather. Brian punched his ticket to the barn with a time slip. RT 0.000 and 1.5 something under the index.

Hi Dale, hope all is well with you. Where did you get your numbers from. The best Brian did last year was 1.326 under and his best this year is 1.419 under. By the way a perfect reaction time will not get you sent to the tear down barn. Brian went there as luck of the draw or they just wanted to see his combo up close and personal.

I love the look of Brian's Comet. He and I have joked about it many times.

Gotta love stock rules.... Just my observations, both cars in same class, both running well into the 9's looks like Mr 413 has a cage, window net and all the goodies to go with it, gloves, neck collar, sfi 5 suit, etc. Mr Hill seems to have just a roll bar? no window net or gloves or heavy suit needed...

Richard directed the traffic at the crossroads on the sportsman put side where the return Road dumps into the main pit road. He also works the Indy 500 at the speedway.

Jimmy Ronzello and Charlie Downing ran each other for class. Jimmy pulled a huge we'll stand which slowed him down just enough for Charlie Bob to take the win in the car that Jimmy owns. A little bit of background information on the blue Shelby convertible that Jimmy owns. This is the first development car used by Ford racing in the 2008 Cobra Jet program. The development car was not supposed to be a convertible and it wasn't supposed to be a Shelby. This original Shelby convertible was transformed into a standard Mustang for the Cobra Jet program. This is a rare one of one cars that we will likely see bring big money at an auction or sale one day.

That came from the announcer's call of Q1 on All Access. He stumbled to find words to describe Brian's car then fell off his chair at it's performance. Most announcers stumble to describe the Comet. They have a need to gush about over the top paint jobs and find themselves at a loss for words at the sight of a utilitarian car on the National stage. Repeat after me: "Brian Seaburg and his trusty Comet". (And it's really slow, too!)

Good morning. Saturday marks the changeover from all out, running it out the back door class racing to shoe polish on the windshield bracket racing. Three rounds of Stock Eliminator are on the schedule today with the first round going at 8 AM. The weather looks a little better than yesterday but will be cooler than when the cars last ran on Thursday. Dialing the car will be tough and probably the best place to watch today will be at the finish line.
