If you as an owner /driver..[ just saying] a Grade point of 4. You can give 1 away but you never get it back. Now as an owner/driver you grade point is 3. This can happen. Per NHRA.

Sure it does. That's how they perpetrate the Divisional scam.
They promise the tracks a turnout, collect their ever increasing fee and they make up for the missed Nat'l entry money on the other end. Makes perfect sense to them...
