Looks like there was a 1000 foot agreement in play, and they were still plenty fast!

Heads-up! Daniels was quicker off the starting line but Lynch drove by him for the win. Daniel Lynch's MOV: 0.1225 seconds (approximately 19 feet).

My point exactly.

Does this type of crap really happen?? It for sure wasn't my first thought.. my first thought was someone lifted because they broke..

If were now agreeing to run to 1000' so we don't hit the combo changes need to be made to the system.....

Yes it has been happening for a long time, even when they ran against the National Record, yes the AHFS must be corrected and yes the bogus combinations, part numbers and mystery specs MUST also be reviewed and corrected to preserve the constitution of Stock Eliminator.

Unfortunately, it is not always about working harder. A lot of the time it is about spending more money. Not a option for me , so I continue to work harder, in the face of NHRA hypocrisy.

You are right Terry! I'm setting here with two engines and two of everything else. Would trade it all for a 275 car!

Sometimes the guy who is loosing by enough just decides he is done and lets go of the throttle. Feels better to give up than to be .15 behind under full power. Lynch was going around a 95 if he stayed in it. Daniels was on a 10 run or around that. I’m sure they both ran hard and gave up when they felt like it.

I wouldn’t make any deals with anyone especially if they are the faster car. I’d rather make them take a hit to win the race. If not you race them again with the same circumstances and will get outrun again.
