Patsy & Larry, thanks for all that you do to make the Indy experience more enjoyable for everyone, it is truly appreciated.
Glad Larry is OK and you are home safe. Sorry we missed you in BG, Pearl was sick all weekend and I stayed close to the motorhome. Sandra & Jimmy Parker |

Ken,
That's a great picture of Redman. He is a real character. |

We needed Red on the starting line. I have never seen the left lane worse than it was. |

Anyone else hoping for a heads-up final in Super Stock? Four SS/BS cars are through to the 5th round... this can be good.

Re: "Live" from Indy! 2010
Good news!! Larry is ok and putting another combo together for next year. Watch for more news. My DP did fine. Bad news. I brought my Duster instead of my wife's PT Cruiser Turbo. Now I know. DP's in Stock Automatic : The 6.1 from 385 is now 399, the 5.7 from 305 is now 326, the 5.9 from 275 is now 284, the 6.4 is 375 still as there ain't none yet. Stick is the same, SS is the same and GT is the same. Maybe need a Ford report. And we are home! Long trip for an old man. We ran out of water, coke, diet coke, root beer, ham, bread, cheese (except for one slice) and almost out of beer. Thank goodness my son volunteered to go shopping.

Jeff,
It is good to see you have your priorities. It was nice to meet you and see your car in person, it is beautiful, runs too. Steve Jackson |
Re: "Live" from Indy! 2010
Thanks Steve. The worst part was my guys John Morris and Kevin Helms changed 4 converters, 3 transmissions, and changed the same rear chunk twice all to no avail. But it was fun.

Hey Jeff,
Just a reminder you still had the "baloney water" to drink! LOL Rich Pinoski |

Re: "Live" from Indy! 2010
I am ok just a pulled muscle in my chest and neck. Just one more stupid old man trick. It's a good thing the car was broke for first round, because I would have "died" knowing I was missing first round lying in the hospital waiting for the Doctor to release me.

Re: "Live" from Indy! 2010
Toby, next year I will run the 392/375. Nobody will hit it cause I got all the 392's. But then again, my plans don't always work, see GT/FA Kevin Helms. Car would have been faster with my stock motor.

Larry, NMCA has a class for your car but the IHRA would welcome you with open arms. I started converting my NSS Max Wedge car back to Stock and joined the IHRA, they were so accomodating that they even let me pick my own number for the car........1964. Sorry about the cam and lifter problem. JimR |
Re: "Live" from Indy! 2010
Jim, the 61 was the long ram 2/4bbl 413. It always did have Edlebrock heads. Probably a 10.90 car.

Re: "Live" from Indy! 2010
I told Kevin we were changing a clutch/flywheel combo. He never knew.

It is time to get a new travel planner. The greatest circumference of the earth is at the equator and is 24,901.55 miles which means you can only be 12450.775 miles away from any one point on Earth. Someone should have warned you about taxi drivers. They always take the long way. Roland |
