Keith you are correct I forgot to put up net and wear my gloves, I will try to race safer.

On another safety note Don Fezell highly recommends a Hans device, he believes that it saved his life when he hit the wall and destroyed his car. Don is working to get back on the track as soon as possible. I was good to see him and know that he is ready to get back racing.

WOW. ,!! Indy is a track like NO other, interesting to note that in E1 of Stock the MAJORITY of racers dialed themselves out of the race.......

Well we won first round then red lighted 2nd round! So now Ken and Mike are on their own! We are on the road to Earlville! They have a combo there tomorrow for $4000. We were going to the points race there next week anyway so we will just get there a little early! I will do a "Live" from there after we get there!

Folks, I certainly had no idea I was leaking. Simply thought I had a deadhead shift at 1-2. Motor was at idle with oil pressure when I clicked it off. Was trying to coast to the first turn RIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE!!!! Got to sign some NHRA paper, that's a first.


Clutch experimentation ruined that motor. IF I ever run the car again, it will have diapers and radios. Cannot believe we have steering thru an engine. That failure in the traps, I would not be typing. The E-RACER

In round three of stock there was a rematch of the FS/F class final between Darren Poole Adams and Dan Fletcher. Poole-Adams beat Fletcher for class with a better light in a little bit better ET. For this run in eliminations Fletcher had his car set on kill with a David Barton tune up and engine and fuel icing. Darren nailed the tree with a .001 light but Dan was right there with him with a .011 light. This is Indy.

It looks like just about every alternate in SS has made the field. To the point where Rick Rogers gets a bye as they run out of alternates. Lots of confusion as it's not clear who runs who.

Amazing.

AND.....Tom Boucher also has a bye and grenades the motor on the starting line. Big cleanup!
