Random question stock eliminator
So if you run a car at at national event registered in I /SA , does that driver have to wear a fire coat and pants? , witnesed a driver win a round with just T shirt and pants on get the win and go onto the next round. Conviently the next round he has it on. NHRA just looked the other way!!!??

Re: Random question stock eliminator
I skipped round one. Did the driver in question run against a purple 'Cuda in round 2? I found a photo of a T/SA driver in short sleeves on a qualifying run from Friday. Don't know who that could be...

Re: Random question stock eliminator
Short sleeves are LEGAL in T/SA as well as a few quicker classes

Alright y'all caught me! I only did it one time at Bristol but it was like 120 degrees there lol. I'm just kidding of course but couldn't it have been an honest mistake?

Re: Random question stock eliminator
This is an odd post. If the next round the driver had the fire jacket on, wouldn't that mean that NHRA *didn't* look the other way and told him to put it on?

Re: Random question stock eliminator
Maybe he forgot to put it on? Who knows? Who cares?
Anyway, from my point of view, something like that is NHRA's problem, not mine. If sure that there was no performance advantage by not wearing his jacket. |

You mean you have to wear sleeves and coats on the west coast? |
