I have tried all weekend to get the Indy credentials. I followed the instructions but when I log in to the account I created, the page doesn't come up with the place to enter your promo code or password. Anybody else having this problem?

I just did, call NHRA and they will send you a new link

I can't figure out the symbol in our promo code! It looks like 11 with a vertical equal sign in between! What is this symbol and where do I find it on the keyboard??

Guess I'm too dumb to do this anymore. I can find how to print my cedentials. Shows me entered, but I can't figure out how to print them.

Ed, there was an issue with NHRA's web site and I received an e-mail yesterday from them with a 'link' to the credentials site, at that time I signed in and entered the necessary info. I then received another e-mail which confirmed my entry and told me that I would receive my printable ticket via e-mail within 24 hrs. I received it today at noon. Hope this helps ...
