Getting ready to park. It seems the place is full from last week's racers that attented the spring fling. Personally that doesn't seem right but, oh well.
Today and tomorrow we will have highs in the mid 90s. Good or bad, we won't be running in those highs. the schedule has us running one run early and the second run probably after 6 at night. Plenty of time to eat a burger or two.I have "Miss Mighty Mopar" entered in SS/KA.It's the 50th anniversary for the car. Fun stuff for me! Photo shows where a spot is saved for me. Life is Good!

I believe all 7 divisions are here. Most still have their toys in the boxes. Bob even put a spit shine on the wagon for this photo.

What doesn't seem right to me is the number of saved spaces. It has gotten ridiculous.

Now I feel bad someone saved a one lane park spot behind my open trailer and pick up truck for me.

We are adding 3 more cars next week. I might have to park one on my trailer.

Some of the issues are caused by the people(s) doing the parking!

"Are we having fun yet?" Seems I hear that line a lot lately. I first blew a trailer tire coming to the track Thursday morning.Bob Bender said he was about to send the mounties. I pulled over and this white hair lady was in her yard. She yelled "do you need help". I said "just a jack". "I have a jack", the lady replied. I could only picture Daniels after that but I manage to fix it myself. As I left another elderly lady was waving."Parade was in town!"
I came up with a brain storm to put the original bench seat back in Miss Mighty. Holy cow I took the ride of my life first run this morning. What a sponge. Racing seats are the way to go! So, sorry I haven't tried to take any photos.
