Reaction Time Trainer

Hi All
Straight from UCLA Dept of Neuropsychology a reaction time trainer used in a major reaction time study soon to be published in the Journal of Neuropsychology.

This should help everyone improve, whether you are struggling to hit the tree consistently, or you can routinely rip off strings of .000 lights. Good luck everyone.

Angelo D.

It was a nervous twitch, but I actually got a perfect reaction in my first round!

.251
.244
.301
.184
.0000 (Yes, it showed 4 zeros.)

Avg.: .196

Subsequesnt averages were: .2844, .2612, .1902 when I didn't red light. I don't like "pro-tree" reactions.

Angelo

Can you ask the UCLA Dept of Neuropsychology if I can legally tape a blinder on my monitor? I am distracted by the turning heads and blinking eyes of the sheep. I installed one, just want it to be legal. If it is legal, please ask of the size limit.. LOL

Re: Reaction Time Trainer

Sal you must permanently attach the blinder to your monitor.

Re: Reaction Time Trainer

Sal,

You can only use a clear plastic 4 x 6 '' blinder, can't weigh more than 6 oz. either..
Have fun counting sheep...................................Dave,

Re: Reaction Time Trainer

Hey Sal

I checked with the head honcho at UCLA.... they said if you use the blinder you are defeating the purpose of the built in distractions that are designed to help you increase your level of concentration. They also said to turn off this feature you must hit each non-cooperative sheep sharply with a cattle hammer,

glad some people are getting a kick out of it.

Sal,

Can you folks at Biondo Racing Products come up with a mouse that will speed up my reaction times?

Turn down the audio and try it. If you live in west Virginia the sheep may excite you.
