Class play at Indy
ok guys, all this talk about different class run off's, I'll be at Indy all week and will help everyone out that ask's about running a little shootout for class SS or Stock, like in B/SA, there is something like 10 cars, heck, everybody shell out $100 a car, be a nice little pot for winner and runner up. Let me know, the main thing about doing ladders for class is there can only be one Bye (un even cars) a round, if someone breaks there can not be 2 byes in a round, NHRA will not have it, for years in SS/AH it was like that until the Hemi Challenge started, then the rule was changed for just that class cause of the Mopar $$$$$.
Ok, I'll be at Indy on Sunday afternoon (with insurence for cart, lol) Let me know by e-mail if you might need my help. Good luck to all, looks like some interesting class eliminations for sure |

Re: Class play at Indy
Hey Joe, you can count me in for $100 in B/SA. I think that is would make a good payout to the winner in each class. Depending on car count who ever wins the pot might have enough to pay for half the fuel bill to get out there and back.

Re: Class play at Indy
I was at the Cajun SportsNats and witness one driver getting his competition drunk the night before, it was so funny seeing him slumped over the steering wheel in the staging lanes.
BTW, his wife sure can dance good! I couldnt resist. lol Hey anybody wanting to do these $100 each class run offs need to get together or with me i feel maybe even Weds so i can have the names and whom has paid, if someone doesnt pay and wins class, we need to figure out the alternate plan, like it goes to the one going the most rounds, and in the case, both lets say goes to semi, fastest loser gets the cash? These things need looked at, not everybody will shell out the cash. |
Re: Class play at Indy
nitro...NOW THAT WAS A GOOD TIME ! > good thing you didnt have to race morning after your dancing with the stars appearance.
and said racer slept under his trailer all day after his losing run jack and bear and i were in pretty sorry shape too :) |
Re: Class play at Indy
If Painter can get that potent moonshine to pass fuel check, he would have NO problem winning class. That stuff is addicting. The more you drink, the more you want. I now have hair growing in places I never imagined after No Problem.
