More Enhancement
Two hour rain delay at Vegas, with a clear forecast. What do they do? Cancel class runoffs just when it was getting interesting.
Thank you sir, can I have another? |

You never know what can happen, but in D/SA and E/SA,I THINK I know who would have won. |
Re: More Enhancement
Same with A Stock and B Stock Auto. F Stock was a toss up.

Re: More Enhancement
AA/SA CJ at Dallas 9.89 @140+mph. The AA/S CJ had problems but may have them fixed by now.
FYI Moroso calculator says 140 mph = 9.58 et. Supposedly all these CJs can't get down to AA/SA weight and they running about 200 pounds heavy. Are you listening Billy? With proper gearing and diet these cars will bust 9.40s. That's some Stocker!!! |

Re: More Enhancement
Bill,
No nitpicking. I'm glad you put up the numbers. I saw Chad's car listed as a A/S car for the first two rounds and then saw the mph on Jimmy's car at 1320 and thought WOW that was a really, really big number. The first 140 mph run in Stock history and only the third time out for that car. One more bit of info from the Moroso calculator - 3,540 ish pounds at 140 mph equals 760 Horsepower. That's one powerful "Stocker." Billy, I understand completely. |

Re: More Enhancement
Mark,
At LV they gave the class win to the fastest car in the last round of competition??? I think D1 still gives the class win to the fastest qualified car when racing is stopped. |
Re: More Enhancement
Loongbob,
No quibbling from me. Approximately 3,485 pounds @140 mph = 745 - 750 Horsepower. |
