I will be there, I hope Colorful 37 makes it...............that way I don't have to lug his present around anymore!!!!

Anyone here how he making out with the motor? He didn't get the crud from that cruz he went on did he?

From look of local weather this morning , basically rain till about noon on wed. after track prep doesn't look likeit would leave much of the day for testing. Thurs. looks much better however I'm sure that would require a higher ups blessing. Joe

Hate to do it but considering the forecast I'm gonna cancel I guess. Sure wish they would have changed it to Thurs. I only live 17 miles from the track but can't see spending $150.00 to sit in the rain and cold. Joe

Rock don't give up! Here are a couple of forecasts for you..........I have headed out to the track with worse forecasts and have made a full day of racing!

...Well we'll still be there. Thursday would have been nice, but I've already made schedule changes for wednesday, and can't go back on them... Plus, I can't see us going up there on opening day and trying to get passes in with 9,000 street cars, or heading down to Columbus and trying to get a few in as well... So whoever goes, you'll more than likely be seeing us.

based on the 100-150 cars that were there Norwalks spring opener, how many cars will be there for the Friday night T&T's. Does anyone know if there were a lot of street cars at Norwalk this past weekend?

Haha no big deal, Rock... It's Ohio, you can't excpect anything, especially when it comes to the weather... I don't think there will be that many cars on Friday. The only thing I don't like about the season opener is that they have a "Show" starting at like 6 or so. So, no thanks on that.

Hey Adam ,,,

Looks like National Trails has a test this Sunday ,,, I'm thinking of going there and either going to Quaker or Norkwalk Saturday morning and attempt to get some runs in before eliminations ,,,,,, I'm not that excited about Norwalk at Night ( Friday , with the temp and cold track , night and track could get a little tricky ) ---Where are you guys going ??

eddie,,come on out to norwalk,it will be fine,plus we can check put barneys new bullet and see how he runs...i will 99% be there cant wait ,went to quaker last week,and was very happy with changes,now want to see what it will do at nrp..see you guys there

9.903 and 9.900...........I am ready!

We're heading to Norwalk tomorrow afternoon, and possibly staying for Saturday to make a few more hits. You should come on out and see the family! I gotta get my upgade in before the Norwalk pointsmeet, so that's why were headin' up there. Plus the forecast looks great!... Hope to see ya.

BB - Yeaaa, the old man finally broke down and got out of the roadster for a year. Haha, he says he's wants to watch me for a year instead of the driving himself, which I am totally okay with. But yea it's an American Dragster, bright red. We got it from Jeff Strickland out of Alabama. If you're gonna be Norwalk today or tomorrow you'll be seeing us!!


Manny - Yup, sure will! Hopefully it's not THAT crowded, but we'll see. I'll keep you updated.

Manny - There was probably around 100-150 cars on friday nite's T & T... It wasn't too bad, there were a few oil downs, a couple tanny breaks, but that's about it... We got 4 hits in before it got too dark. On the last one it was a little sketchy, but all in all a good time... Saturday was packed though. It was a beautiful day with about 400-some cars. Nice turnout - long day tho.

Had to work Friday ( Just coming off of Vacation / Cruise with wife ) ,,,

Worked on car all night Friday untill 6:30 AM Sat. Morning ,,,, grabed a couple hours sleep ,,,, got loaded Saturday around10: AM ( Too -late to go to Norwalk , plus heard it was over 400 cars there ) ---- Went to Quaker ,, Made 2 passes ,,, couldn't get down the first pass ( Lifted before the 1000 feet ) --- Made a decent pass the 2nd time ,,,, went 10:30 @ 166 MPH with a .020 light ,,,, everything worked O.K. ( love the Data Acquistion system ,, just installed -- No more guessing !! ) .....


Really wanted to get out to Norwalk , but Quaker provided the best shot for me to get a couple of passes ---
I'll see everyome at Indy ,,,,,,

Laz hold on to the gift ,,,, are you going to St. Louis ?

Adam ,,, Heard that you made some good passes ?

Believe it or not.....We went to Bowling Green....for a private test.....Ford only....

Things went well....and the weather was great....

Eddie - Yea, we made some really good hits both days. I got 7 runs in (4 on friday, 3 on saturday). The last 2 hits were a 8.93 at 162, and a 8.88 at 163. So we're exctied about being around the number... We missed ya! - Do good at Indy for us!!

Unfortunately we're not heading out to Indy, so Goodluck everyone!!... I'll be following along the whole weekend on DRC. :(
